The AIHA Alberta Local Section welcomes sponsorship partners to support our educational programming and networking events. Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to suppliers and service providers relevant to the technical topics presented during the specific conference. This ensures our members connect with organizations that align with their professional interests, while sponsors gain direct access to a highly engaged audience. The Local Section hosts two major annual events: the Spring Symposium (a two-day, in-person conference) and the Fall Professional Development Course (PDC) (a one-day online session). These events typically attract 50+ participants, including Industrial/Occupational Hygienists, Occupational Hygiene Technologists, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Professionals and OHS students from across Alberta. Sponsorship provides organizations with valuable visibility through booth space, logo placement, verbal acknowledgments, and networking opportunities. More importantly, it positions your organization as a supporter of professional development and knowledge-sharing within Alberta’s occupational health and safety community. How to Become a Sponsor

Organizations interested in sponsoring AIHA Alberta Local Section events are invited to contact our PR Director to confirm availability and discuss sponsorship options. To secure your sponsorship:

1. Confirm your tier by emailing the PR Director at public_relation@aiha-ab.com.
2. Submit payment upon receipt of the sponsorship invoice to guarantee your spot.
3. Provide logos and materials (digital files for agenda, slides, or handouts) by the specified deadline to ensure inclusion in event materials.

Sponsorship commitments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another representative within your organization if circumstances change.
