SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

As in the past, sponsors will be accepted on a first come first served basis, with preference given to suppliers and/or services that are associated with the topic presented. This serves that our membership is obviously interested in the topic (evidenced by their attendance at the symposium) by providing options and providing sponsors with a targeted group of professionals to present their services.

We anticipate an attendance of about 40-60 people at the virtual spring conference. Since this is our virtual event, sponsorship will be slightly different. Sponsors will be recognized throughout the day during breaks, and the distribution of the brochures.  Following are included in the sponsorship;

  • Proportional logo representation on the brochure
  • Allows 1 member participation in the conference
  • Verbal recognition/presentation throughout the conference
  • Advertisement on AIHA website until our next event or October 31, 2022, whichever comes first

The cost of sponsorship is $500.

If you are interested in sponsoring the 2022 Virtual Spring Conference please email Bina Patel.
