AIHA-AB Event/Course Terms and Conditions
Registration fees are fully refundable if written notice is received by the treasure a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. Those who cancel within 14 days will be charged 50 percent of the fee. AIHA-AB reserves the right to cancel courses 10 business days prior to the scheduled date; in this case, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee. Registrants, who are no shows, are not eligible for a refund and must pay the full course fee.

AIHA-AB Membership Terms and Conditions
Memberships are not transferrable. The membership belongs to the person registering, not the organization they work for. By entering your email address into your contact profile you will receive AIHA-AB renewal notices, receipts, AGM meeting notices, proxies and any other IH related business related communications at this email address.
If you do not wish to receive general optional emails relating to AIHA-AB programs and events (such as the conference, courses, AGM etc.) please ensure that you must not select the “Subscribe to our mailing list ” option on your AIHA-AB member profile.

Please note that all approved refund by the Treasurer will be processed to the original form of payment used in the original transaction for the amount total minus a 3% transaction fee.

Purchase Privacy Policy
The AIHA Alberta Section respects the privacy of your information and has endeavored to collect as little information as possible. As part of this process we have engaged the firm of PayPal for the collection of purchasing information. The privacy statement for PayPal can be found at: https://www.paypal.com/ca/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full?locale.x=en_CA.
The Section stores no personal credit card information within it’s system. Once transactions are completed, Paypal notifies the Section and the Purchaser details of the transaction by email. No credit card information is contained within this transaction.
The Section then uses this information for the item in question only until such time as the item has been completed.
The Section follows the privacy laws of Alberta and Canada.
